Focus on Quality

Focus on Quality

At ChemRite CoPac, we approach every project in the same manner – with an intense focus on product quality from beginning to end.  Whether an automotive appearance product or an OTC (Over-The-Counter) product, each product passes through the same rigorous quality inspection process.  Systematic procedure and validation is what we consider to be a “quality” process.

Each of our customers has a distinct perspective in their quality discipline.  ChemRite strives to incorporate each customer discipline into our own.  We value customer feedback and submit to customer product guidelines and audits to achieve optimum quality.  We are a cGMP compliant facility, a high-standards designation which we proudly hold.  And as an OTC approved production facility, we regularly undergo FDA inspection.

Our focus on quality includes regularly submitting ourselves to stringent internal quality audits.  Even though we value customer and federal audit procedures, we don’t wait for an external audit to correct potential quality issues.  Through means of our CAPA (Corrective Action) and SIP (Self-Improvement Process) protocols, we investigate perspective internal issues and find solutions.  Additionally, our CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) process outlines a monthly 328 point full facility inspection which leaves no corner of our production facility without scrutiny.

What sets ChemRite apart is the amount of detail we place on our quality process.  Everything we do has a specific inspection protocol.  Absolutely nothing comes in or out of our facility without quality inspection.  We are committed to a culture of continuous quality improvement.  This includes the place in which we work, the people who work at ChemRite and the products we produce for our valued customers.  This culture is eventually evaluated by the end-user (the consumer), who justifies our existence through the purchase of our customers’ products.
