ChemRite’s experience in packaging a broad range of products makes us uniquely capable of assisting in product formulation.  The experience we gain from each product we produce helps us to create the next product more efficiently.  This knowledge allows us to support you by addressing potential production issues or areas of improvement before production begins, helping make sure that production of your product will run smoothly from the first batch forward.

A solid weight to weight recipe and measured mixing instructions are vital steps in obtaining consistent finished product quality.  Our experience across a wide range of product types and formulations assists us in building all products more efficiently.  ChemRite’s skilled chemists, working with the most up-to-date analytical equipment and scientific methods, create a bench sample of every new formula we produce.  If any concerns arise while developing the bench sample, they are discussed and resolved with the customer in advance of scheduled production.

Definitive standards are set for each formula.  This includes establishing mixing instructions for each step of formulation.  These detailed instructions contain information such as which tank the formula will be mixed in, what speed and temperature it will be mixed at, the weight and order of addition for each raw material and a quality assay for the finished batch.  Once these instructions are created, they are sent to the customer for approval.  Each step is then validated during an F.E.P.R. (First-Time Experimental Production Run), where both ChemRite technicians and the customer are present.  Only approved and validated batch and mix instructions are used during production, with the goal of consistently providing you with a product that meets your exact guidelines.
