Mixing Vessels

At ChemRite CoPac, our mixing vessels were custom engineered to accommodate distinct variations in liquid, lotion, crème and paste blends.  They are able to accommodate the simplest mixture to the most complex suspension.  Each mixing vessel has been tailored to fit ChemRite’s exacting quality standards and the need for maximum flexibility. 

All of our mixing vessels are 316L stainless steel jacketed and are fitted with side sweeps and center turbines.  We also own mixing vessels equipped with high speed, high sheer mixers for blending batches which contain properties such as complex oil/water emulsions.  Every vessel has the ability to both heat and cool mixtures during blending.  In addition, our equipment has homogenization capability and stainless steel eductors for the flash blending of dispersable powders.  All tanks are capable of loop acceptance of any needed specialized equipment.

ChemRite is able to create batches varying in size from 300 gallons to 5,000 gallons and currently produces up to 14,000 gallons per day to meet production requirements.  All mixing vessels are equipped with load cells, making it possible to monitor the exact weight of each batch addition.  Temperature indicators on every mixing vessel are calibrated to allow mix room technicians to observe the exact temperature of each batch.  Each mixing vessel has C.I.P. (Clean In Place) capability and is sanitized after each batch in accordance with FDA regulations and customer protocols.
