Over The Counter (OTC)

Over the counter product controls are intended to safeguard the health of the consumer.  To accomplish this, the production of OTC products requires the ability to maintain outstanding standards for quality assurance, cleanliness and safety.  At ChemRite, we uphold stringent quality protocols for the test method validation, incoming component inspection and the cleaning and sanitization of each piece of equipment which comes in contact with an OTC product.  Our facility contains two fill lines that are contained and environmentally controlled.  Our mix rooms are pressurized with HEPA filters and have their own HVAC systems.  Each employee in our production environment abides by exacting safety and personal hygiene procedures.  Additionally, all OTC raw material and component inventory is controlled by lot control procedures, our FIFO (first in, first out) inventory system, and end-of-run inventory reconciliations.  ChemRite’s unbending attention to detail and commitment to continuous quality improvement makes us the ideal option for OTC production support.
