Production Lines

ChemRite is capable of packaging products ranging from one ounce to one gallon in size, with a thin or thick viscosity and with high or low foam.  Our motivation in acquiring packaging equipment is to continually improve our flexibility and diversity in meeting our customer’s needs, while maintaining the unmatched quality our customers have come to expect from us.

We have purchased first class filling machines from companies who hold a reputation for outstanding quality.  Our fillers bear names such as Oden and MRM Elgin. Additionally, we are proud to have recently invested in a one of a kind Pacific filler which sets the standard in terms of flexibility, speed,and quality.  ChemRite’s filling machines range from 6 to 24 heads and effortlessly handle very thin, watery products or formulas which are thick and creamy.  Line speeds well in excess of 100 bpm can be achieved.  Some of our lines are adept at short-run projects.

In addition, ChemRite’s production lines can run an array of package requirements.  Our equipment is proficient at applying two sided, three sided and wrap-around labels.  We are experienced at running cap, sprayer, and pump closures of all sizes and varieties.  ChemRite is also capable of handling specialty pack outs such as display kits, hang tags, and promotional attachments.  In many cases, this service saves our customers the time and money of hiring another facility to do the pack out.

Due to production demands, ChemRite’s production facility may run multiple SKUs on one production line during a day.  With this in mind, each piece of production equipment was designed to be easily modified.  Our team of highly skilled engineers is able to anticipate and resolve any issues that may occur during the production process before they happen.  They test our equipment and continuously look for ways to improve it.  We are also capable of fabricating some of our own change parts to get utmost versatility out of our production lines.  Additionally, ChemRite has recently undertaken a “smart-automation” project for our fill lines with the goal of quick change over and low production cost improvements.
