Quality Assurance ProgramThe term “Quality Assured” involves more than one explanation here at ChemRite CoPac, Inc. It gives emphasis to assuring consistent and sustained quality during each step of production. In addition, it stresses a dependable protocol system that provides corporate direction in obtaining this quality. ChemRite’s comprehensive quality assurance program provides this crucial control-mechanism from the time a new product is considered until the finished good is shipped. ![]() Our Quality Assured Manual is one demonstration of our commitment to quality and continual improvement. It provides a systematic approach for each evaluation, inspection, test, and calibration which takes place at ChemRite CoPac. In addition, each job function, lab procedure, cleaning and sanitization standard, and maintenance practice is outlined in detail. Each employee is trained and supervised to adhere to these processes. Maintaining a consistent standard of quality requires the ability to record, process, and organize enormous amounts of information. At ChemRite, we have developed an all-inclusive quality assurance program that includes QARM (Quality Assurance Raw Material), QAPM (Quality Assurance Packaging Material) and QAFG (Quality Assurance Finished Good) inspection sheets for each component and finished good which passes through our facility. We perform annual quality reviews and maintain a quality defect memo system. We are also capable of statistical process control and quality data summaries. This extensive quality assurance program filters into each individual project we produce. Each project has a unique technical manual, or Blue Book (a compilation of quality standards) for each product we manufacture. It is our blueprint for how to produce a product. This reference includes critical quality information including; specifications for raw and packaging materials, formula and finished good bills of material, component sourcing guidelines, assays, test methods, date coding information, and more. Additionally, we generate a Set Up Folder for every sku run on our production lines. The Set Up Folder contains essential information such as line set up instructions, packaging set up guidelines, pallet pattern instructions, date code information, an approved bill of material, component graphics, a line personnel schematic and a MSDS. Both our Blue Book and Set Up Folder systems make vital production information easily available to engineering, quality and line personnel and guarantee that your product will meet your exact formulation, packaging and aesthetic guidelines. |
