ChemRite is pleased to introduce exciting plans for the future of its production facility. Our innovative renovation plan supports our mission to make normalized excellence evident – starting with a strong first impression of our facility which keeps getting better as you peel into the company. Our facilities have recently received a face-lift through several remodeling and preventative maintenance projects. We have reinforced our roof, installed new gutters, downspouts, awnings and doors. A new storage room was also built at one of our warehouse facilities for long-term corporate records. All of these projects were accomplished as part of our continuous improvement program. This program aids us in adhering to a regular preventative maintenance schedule and provides a forum for discussing other facility improvements.

ChemRite has recently expanded its production capabilities with the purchase of several new mix kettles. Many of our customers have an increased need for assistance with pilot runs and new product launches. The large capacity of our existing mix tanks has proven to be challenging when smaller batch requirements are desired. So our management team went in search of the ideal small batch solution and was pleased to find three state-of-the-art 750 liter kettles.

As 2012 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all of you who have made this year one of the best in ChemRite’s history. The collaborative efforts of our strategic group of customers, our outstanding suppliers and an exceptional group of employees here at ChemRite came together and proved that our corporate goals can not only be accomplished, they can be surpassed. This is the direct result of the team effort put forth by all of you. We wish to express our sincere appreciation to all who helped make this a memorable year.

One way that ChemRite demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction is through our continuous improvement process.

Starting in 2010, one of ChemRite’s main projects has been the development of an improved inventory control system. The initial phases of this project enhanced the organization of our warehouses and introduced complete lot and location control to the company.

ChemRite CoPac is pleased to announce the addition of new tube filling equipment to its state-of-the-art production facilities.

For many, the start of a new year is also a time to reflect upon the one ending. As the American writer Peter Drucker encouraged, “Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.”
